The "Paloma" by Christian Louboutin

Legs of showgirls immortalized in the bag’s nude calfskin handles, cheeky salute of dancers through the theater house curtain became the ubiquitous detail on the side constructions, varying facets of the leopard print typical on underwear of dancers predominated the details department, and stage lights turned into radiant gold spikes. All of that enkindled Louboutin’s “fresh-from-the-cabaret” handbag collection. His new art pieces, which he considers in general as a more truthful version of a woman’s diary, usher us to a gallery walk on how cabarets inspired him as young man in Paris and how “The Paloma,” his new repertoire, came to life.

Sashaying with Paloma are the other showgirls of the collection starting with the Vanity Clutch, an opus versatile enough to transition from day to evening; Triloubi, for the edgy yet practical girls on-the-go; Piloutin, the most fanciful as inspired from fairy tales minus Cinderella’s pumpkin to carriage transformation; and lastly, Baby Charity, a clutch from a clan of red carpet favorites!
